okay i have depression and tonight im feeling REALLY horrible bcos my mom is making me feel like shit. and im not exaggerating or anything but the window was just next to me and the urge to jump down was so strong. i was literally in tears and i texted my boyfriend that i wanna kill myself - but i didn't tell him the reason. he called me a few times and texted me but i didn't reply. then for 2 minutes there wasn't anything from him and i kinda calmed down abit. so i asked him, "what were u doing? for that 2 minutes?" AND HE SAID HE WAS ON TWITTER aka a social media. i got really pissed off like YOUR GIRLFRIEND IS SUICIDAL RN AND TOLD U she's THIS CLOSE TO JUMPING DOWN and yet you're on social media? i scolded him and told him i wanna break up bcos he's a shithead. and he said things like "WHAT CAN I DO", "IT FEELS TERRIBLE TO SEE YOUR GIRLFRIEND WANNA KILL HERSELF BUT U can't DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT", "im not a superhero i hope your next boyfriend will be a superhero". we fought abit and now we are kinda still together. and i dont know what to do. dont call me a "dramaqueen" or anything because i know i was this close to jumping down. and i could have been dead while he was on social media happily just because he's not a "superhero" and "cant do anything".

usually when I'm working on a team I'm used to control the group (like the activities we'll do, how we'll do it), just because I organize it nor efficiently and to get a better result. They dont (and cant) do that so that's why I do.
but then they usually tell me to chill, that I ask too much

is it my fault or are they just useless pieces of garbage?
