She can't talk to you because she might be too busy, going through something, or is holding something back, however, she wouldn't not want to talk to you any longer if she told you the previous day that she would talk to you the next day. Something must've come up and it prevented her from talking to you which was unexpected. Just give it some time and check back in with her later in the week if she never texts you anything, by the way you should let her text you whenever she's ready to then instead of texting her. When you check in on her to see if everything is okay wait like 5 days at least if she still hasn't texted you
She's probably doing something and actually can't text. I usually say that when I'm gonna take a nap. Otherwise if I can't text I just don't and explain later

This time and probably the next five times she's busy. After that, she's just avoiding you and trying to not hurt your feelings. (WARNING! ONLY DO THESE CHOICES IF THIS EXEEDS 8 TIMES IN ONE WEEK) So you have to choices after that, play dumb until she just break off with you. Or just go ghost on her. Believe me I wish I did that instead of waisting three months of my life, stupid past me.
