I've seen a lot of people claiming that Russia is justified in attacking thee Ukraine because they "need" a guarantee that NATO won't be at their borders. People who take this position go onto say that NATO was organized specifically to contain Russia's "sphere of influence" versus being simply a military alliance. However, what I have to ask is what right does Russia (or any country) have to a "sphere of influence"? I would argue: they don't! A country gets to say what happens within their own borders, not within the borders of any other nation (near or far); that's why they are a "country" in the first place. A country can have a sphere of influence by engaging in mutually beneficial relations with other nations and had Putin been doing this with Ukraine, there would be no need for them or any former USSR country to join NATO. And for those who claim that the Ukrainian Government is only moving towards NATO because the US organized the Euromaidan protests, since then there have been elections and the Ukrainians elected administrations that still intend to join NATO and most Ukrainians support membership in the alliance.

What NATO expansion truly represents to Putin in my opinion is his Neo-Tsarist designs to have Russia dominate the economic and political systems of countries within the Former USSR/Russian Empire.

Recently single and I'm trying really, really hard to put myself back out there. I'm debating whether or not being childfree should be a part of my marketing strategy. On one hand, I think it would represent that I have time/money for a potential partner.

On the other, I was told on here that a lot of women are programmed to think that a man that does not have/does not want kids simply doesn't want to commit. Can't be further for the case for me... I'm strictly monogamous and have never cheated. I've also been told that some think that CF men can't "get it up". I'm ace but sex neutral so everything works down there as it should in the case that I have a more sexual partner in the future. I'm really at a loss... hence the poll.

Biden is proving himself to be senility and incompetence incarnate. That’s just not my opinion but his poll numbers have fallen off a cliff and just continue to plummet further. Virtually everything he has managed has been a disaster (economy, inflation, covid response, Afghanistan, southern border). Can anybody seriously name just one successful thing he has done since entering office?

I personally never liked Trump’s personality. But when it comes to politics I care about POLICY over personality any day. If Trump was in office there would still be problems but he without a doubt would of handled the inflation problem, economics, southern border and last but not the least the Afghanistan situation far more competently than Biden. He also wouldn’t of invited a possible international crisis with Russia very potentially invading the Ukraine. He would like Putin know there would be dire consequences if he tries to pull something.

But anyway I know that since I voted for Trump that makes me evil and degenerate redneck according to the left.

We've talked in the past about how the toilet paper roll should be placed in the bathroom so that the paper comes off the roll away from the wall. This poll is about toothpaste. When it's just on the counter, next to the sink, or maybe in the medicine cabinet, what is the position of the toothpaste tube? Cap Up? Cap Down? or Sideways?
