Say a couple is in marriage counseling on the brink of divorce. The counselor ask them both to confess their secrets to the other that will decide whether they want to continue the marriage or not. They both are bad are secrets but one by one they confess. The husband goes first. He confesses that he had been having an affair for the with his secretary for the past 5 years and that he loves her. But he loves you as well and wants to work out with you.

The wife confesses that for the past 10 years since you both have been trying to have a baby since the husband really want to start a family, she confesses she had gotten pregnant 3 times and had aborted all 3 pregnancies without the husband knowing that she didn't want kids or to start a family. She didn't know how to tell him she didn't want kids.

Which secret is worse?

- skypes with you for hours on end (longest running tīme being 10 hours) and sometimes up until 2-3am

- texts you constantly as well as you texting him constantly

- basically inseparable when around each other always whispering in each others ears

- when you ignore him, he gets really upset and blocks the doorway so you can't leave until you tell him whats wrong, or holds on to the strap of your bag really tightly to the point where ýou are just a few inches from his face so you can't walk away, or corners you into a room to talk about it

Why I don't believe he is...
- he started to like this other girl and told me her constantly - i am friends with the girl too

- she is now his girlfriend of two months (he only started liking her 2-3 months and asked her out the month before school ended

*we are juniors (well, now seniors) in hs and his girlfriend was a senior this year and is now going off to college which is 3 hours away from him and her major is nuclear physics - she won't have time for him

The general publics rebuttal to this...
- he kept debating over whether he should ask her out or not and asked me, his guy bff and our school counselor (2/3 said no)

- he would NOT stop asking me specifically if he should date her or not and why I thought it wouldn't be a good idea... he did this to a point where i would get really pissed off when he would even mention it and the week before he finally asked her out he continuously pestered me on whether or not he should ask her out

The general public believes be kept asking me these questions over and over again because he wanted me to suggest us being a couple/in a real relationship. I don't feel the same way because of the way he talks about this girl. What do you think?
