Search Results: should i leave him drugs

My friend of 15 years has diabetes that runs in her family. Her brother was once morbidly obese, and had tons of health issues that almost killed him, but managed through nearly 3 years of dedicated hard work to drop all the weight and get healthy. Now, unfortunately she is on the path he was before with her blood sugar (she told me this herself) and weight steadily starting to rise.

I'm worried about her and want to help her to avoid going down that path, but people can get super sensitive about these things. I brought it up once in a very circular way by simply talking about my own families issues with health and blood sugar, and how I had cut back on a lot but she kind of changed the subject. I know she's an adult, but I feel like if she had a drug habit, I wouldn't just turn a blind eye as her friend, I would try to help her, which is the way I feel about her health now.

Should I just back off and leave it alone, or should I try to help?

I know a kid at my school who sells tons of drugs like weed, heroin, and vape pods/pens. He also is very rich and his parents don't care if he sells or does drugs. There's also a rumor that his parents own a drug related buisiness, I don't know if it's true however. Should I snitch or leave him alone?
