Which of each operating systems for desktop and mobile do you prefer? I have a an old MacBook but prefer windows. I chose this because I find it to be a better budget rout. I can upgrade it to my hearts content, I can try out Mac OS and if I don't like it then I could go to windows, get to be spoiled with a trackpad better then many new windows laptops (even though its from 2010/2011), keyboard is really nice, really the only thing that actually bugs me is the processing speed. Which is why I spent $119 on a 2011 2.7GHz i7 bundled with 16gb of ram for a total of $168 because it didn't have a hard drive (little did the guy know I had upgraded my current one to an ssd and still had the old one just the way I left it when I took it out and had Mac OS and everything already on it, Tee Hee) so basically I got one heck of a deal. It gets even better that it has thunderbolt 2 so I can hook up an eGPU if I wanna GaME on it. The over abundance of ports and the freedom to upgrade the hardware makes this laptop almost perfect. Of corse I would prefer that it had modern internals so this thick boi would be as capable as a full on gaming laptop with all that space, and having usb c charging and having full on thunderbolt 3 would be really nice. Besides little things like that including the display res might start bugging me in the future but this laptop gives me what I want, options. For the $168 I will have ended up spending on it, it really can't be beaten in terms of value.

So, I've been out of my tree lately with everything involving the phone and internet..

Just like us teens, We all can be addicted to our social media, texts, online friends, etc. But recently within the past month.. I've been feeling completely addicted to it and stressed, I even went on medication to help lower blood pressure , just for it to help but then just get stressed again a few days later, but this time with even more mental confusion...

I can't relax lately, and eventually I got to the point where simple things get me tilted/confused, for example when texting I give off a lot of misunderstandings/misconceptions and receive a lot as well due to my mental exhaustion, which then makes me feel even worse cuz not only am I trying to communicate/text with someone, but it comes off as basically uninterruptible, confusing to read, or something that I didn't mean to say/shouldn't have said at all.. It's very hard to explain, I sent texts to someone and the next day look back at them all thinking to myself, "Oh my god.. Why did I say that?"

I gotta face it, I'm always on the phone or computer either doing research, or texting people, or using programs and apps, etc. And I literally get a notification on my phone about every 20-40 seconds, it's not even funny.

My parents actually are calling me "psycho" lately due to my exhaustion and how I handle things, and I've been pulling all-nighters often due to electronics, sadness, and stress which keeps everybody up, therefore adds more stress.. I even went on the deep web and bought "anti-depressants"..

I'm going crazy and even started to cut myself recently. It's so hard and unexplainable what I've been feeling lately , so me and my parents feel that I need 1 week vaca from my phone to relax and meditate other than exhausting my mind.

Do you think that it'd help by a lot, and do y'all think of it as beneficial to take a week off and turn off my phone to regain my chill levels, or won't it make much difference?
