Basically, I just wanna be able to watch videos on my tv from my external storage sources (like external hard drive/sd card reader). Each of them has a USB-a (Male) output. My tv isn't a smart tv and I can't afford anything like a tv-box. Right now my tv reads (mp4) files from an old Xbox 360 I have but the thing is literally dying. Do you know a way I could read files without hooking up my computer to my tv or getting a tv-box? Maybe a cheap cable I could get? Any cheap alternative method would be helpful. I do have DVD players but I don't think they would help unless there's an input USB-a to av cable.

Why would you put something so expensive next to your ass?

Say you create a conscious creature or being (such as some new life form or artificial intelligence). Does the fact that you created this "thing" give you the right to destroy it simply because it doesn't behave in the manner that you perhaps created it for?

I'll give you an example: imagine you're creating something to clean your house but instead you create a fully-conscious and aware being that simply wants to follow its passion for art. Do you have the right to destroy it simply because it doesn't do what you expected/wanted it to do?
