If this invading army of marauders is "escaping" oppression in their country... WHY ARE THEY PROUDLY WAVING THEIR COUNTRY'S FLAG?

And if they are escaping "oppression" in their country, why are they coming all the way to AMERICA? Why didn't they stay in one of the 5 other countries they went through instead?

In their latest feminist proletarian feature news piece, entitled "Does bralet boom spell the end of high-rise boobs?", BBC News cited as this woman as their primary source and loudest voice: Miss Chidera Eggerue, a Nigerian who goes braless and runs a Saggy Boobs Matter blog.

In it, she says there's "more than one way to be beautiful" and "it's not about how perky your boobs are". "Impressing men isn't even a goal worth making," she says - urging women to have control and confidence in their natural appearance. "There is literally no wrong way to be a woman... nature doesn't recognize beauty standards," she says.

Eggerue says women should look to her and her "socially unacceptable" boobs for I-don't-give-a-damn inspiration. "I'm living my best life and my boobs aren't going to stop me ," she says. "Shout out to my boobs."

So, what do you make of Eggerue, #SaggyBoobsMatter, and the BBC's (along with The Guardian's) vocal efforts to give this movement social momentum? Do you agree with them, or disagree with them? And why?

This trial is set to last for three weeks. The main issue brought up by the Asian-American students is that Harvard rated Asian students lower on personality which decreases their chances of being admitted in the college despite scoring higher than other groups.

This is the most vocal the Asian-American community has been in a while when it comes to social issues. Normally Asian-Americans ignore anything negative that’s directed to them but now, many Asian-Americans have united for this. As a college student myself who is part Asian, I’m glad many Asian Americans are starting to speak out against this subtle discrimination and prejudice rooted in “political correctness”. Even if the Asian-American students lose this lawsuit, at least the public will know that Asian-Americans have had enough of being treated as expendable.

I don’t know what are the chances of the court case going in favor of the students based on the fact that Harvard is one of the most prestigious colleges in the world and perhaps have a lot of resources and support at their disposal. Do you think the Asian American students will be able to win the suit?

For context- this subject has come up for scrutiny in the UK in recent weeks. Some rulings in prison are devolved to different parts of the UK, such as Scotland, whose parliament's biggest party is the liberally-minded SNP. In Scotland at present, transgender prisoners may apply to be transferred to a prison that corresponds to their gender identity. They may apply regardless of if they have undergone transition therapy or legally changed their gender, though of course the prison board may reject the application. However it has recently caused major controversy as one inmate, Karen White, who had been convicted of sexual offences against females, was approved for transfer to a women's prison despite not having legally changed their gender or begun any form of gender therapy, and four inmates subsequently came forward to testify that they had been sexually assaulted by White within a few days (White was then transferred back to a men's prison.) It gained some wider publicity after the author JK Rowling retweeted a tweet calling urging stricter control in future. So, I just wanted to know what your thoughts on the matter were.

(A couple of additional bits of information:
There are fewer than 200 transgender inmates currently in the UK, with a population of about 60 million.
However, over 50% of transgender inmates at present are either in prison for sexual crimes or have been convicted of sexual crimes in the past.
On the other hand, some activists argue that transgender prisoners are more likely to suffer abuse from fellow inmates in a prison that does not correspond to their identity.)

I don't know if Kavanaugh is guilty of what he is being accused of and I don't think anybody else knows for sure either.

That aside, as a registered democrat, I don't want to see Kavanaugh being confirmed. I understand registered republicans would like to see Kavanaugh being confirmed.

I try to look at both sides, but when it comes down to purely political matters most of the time I'm going to side with democrats because the beliefs of the democratic party are more in line with my own and my parents and friends are democrats.
