Head & Shoulders hair care shower products. Do you use on your hair whenever you take a shower based on your hair type?

Because having long curly and wavy hair. Always use the head & shoulders products. Works well for me. By the way. Normally. Would wash my hair bi-daily. Here's a couple of images of me with my hair after showering 😏
