Guys, if you can't grow a beard/have a super patchy beard, how do you feel/how have you felt about that as a man?

When I was younger, it really bothered me, but now I don't care

It has constantly bothered me back then and now that I can't grow a good beard

I've never cared about whether I could grow a good beard or not

lot of people prefer clean shaved. I have a full beard and mustache and pretty wild hair that goes every which way. has curls, ringlets, straight. just generally all kinds of bizarre. my dad can't grow a beard but can grow a mustache he shaves as a result. he looks about the same with or without the facial hair

I rock a beard every winter because I'm outside a lot and it protects my face. When I was deployed I went full muj and had that thing down past my ribs. Last time I had a patchy beard/couldn't grow one was high school, but I don't remember it bothering me back then.

I shave every other day. Sometimes people will ask me if I'm growing my beard. My parents tried to encourage me to grow out my beard. It made me feel embarrassed that they wanted me to do it. Now if I had a girlfriend that wanted me to do it, I would.

I shave every day, that way nobody will know I can't grow a beard. If I have patchy, thin stubble, everyone knows I can't grow a beard.

I'm working on going to the gym and getting jacked. I can't do anything about growing a full beard because that is just genetics. What I can control is putting on muscle while dropping body fat and that will change how my face looks. Hopefully won't look as baby faced.

If I were to ever grow any facial hair, only an Escanor mustache would be acceptable. Anything else would fit me the same way a rhombus would fit in the circle part of that puzzle thing for small children.

I used to be patchy and it definitely looked weird. I no longer am though. I suspect it had something to do with my health. I'm eating better and exercising more and I suspect that had something to do with the improvement.

Certainly the first Option. Each of my brothers grow lustrous lumberjack beards. I can't muster more than a faint mustache. Nevertheless, I shave clean since growing isn't an option.

I know friends who can't grow beards or have patchy ones. Some of them try their best by buying beard oils and serums, if nothing works they accept it for it is and maintain a clean shaved or little stubble look

Luckily I have a full thick beard. Now that I think about it. It world be a scarry situation for me if I had a patchy beard 😂

Doesn't matter I think I grow a decent goatee and nothing I can really do about it
