I’m a guy with body dysmorphia, and I’m worried of getting a heart attack some day because I workout every single day, and I work in a very labor-intensive job that people have died while working. But still, I think my body is ugly. I have even women tell me that they like my body when I take my clothes off, but even then, it goes away and I still think I’ll never be happy with how my body is.

I have a guy friend that’s in the same boat as you. He doesn’t believe he looks all that great even though he does.
What helps him is work out like what you’re doing and be proud of the progress he’s making. Now, I’m not saying that stops all those thoughts entering his mind because I’m sure he has his moments. But, he reminds himself how proud he is to make progress.
Also, don’t overdo it with the workouts. And, if your job is stressing you out that much, it’s time to move on. Especially, if it’s literally killing people. You don’t want that to happen to you.
Do what I do. Eat a donut and relax. Sounds like you’ll live longer.
