How to improve my body and health? (With picture)?

I just started working out again. This is my second day as you can see in the picture. I've worked out before - from September to last month. I was starting to get a pretty firm butt and I almost had a 4 pack haha. But then the holidays came and I had work everyday and started eating a bit unhealthy - I got unmotivated. And just two days ago I ate 4 pieces of cake.

Now I need to start again, but this time I wanna know what Im doing, cause last time, I didn't know how to do my routines and stuff, so thats also what made me unmotivated. So can anybody here help me? I need to focus on my abs the most and get a more tight and toned body, and just keep it that way. I dont wanna lose a lot of weight. Right now I weigh 60 kg and Im 165 cm tall.

My problem with food right now is, that my mom makes a lot of unhealthy food, and I really can't say no to it, when she says the dinner is ready. Also when there is cake or something unhealthy that I like, I can't just eat one, I can't control myself sometimes, so I eat a lot haha. But other than that, I eat ok healthy food. Out of healthy food I eat a lot of carrots, bananas, brocolli, meat (not everyday tho), beans, oatmeal for morning, rye bread with turkey for school.

Yesterday I did some triceps workout and cardio for 20 min. Today I did leg workouts with weight, and 20 min cardio.
And one more question, IF you would answer, what do you honestly think of my body? I would like serious answers
