I am trying to get either a top or dress to wear Valentines. I saw these dresses at Belks Dept. Store. Which of these do you like the best?

I got into perfumes at a young age, I loved trying different notes, explored all olfactory families, decided which ones were my favourites! and even though I have a signature scent, I always enjoy testing new releases, recognising scents and individual notes, appreciate the overall scent and how I feel about it on me or on others, I always get compliments on perfumes I’m wearing and get asked what I’m wearing atm…

I find it sad and annoying how most boutique separate men and women perfumes with men’s section being a shelf or 2, and a repeat of the same notes; even though I love certain perfumes marketed for men I use them often and also get many compliments on them no one thinks they’re men’s perfume on me …

Also when travelling I always look for the best local brand to try, and I noticed that many Middle East countries don’t gender label their scents instead they separate by olfactive families, and that a lot of men aren’t as sensitive to gender labels on western brands hence if they like it they’d use it!

Anyways gender and age labels never made sense to me neither, with this said I always ignored labels such as “for her/him/ mature ….) I find those to be personal opinions that shouldn’t affect everyone!

I also love pretty bottle designs, but that doesn’t always mean you’d love the perfume just because you love the design and vice versa …


Does a perfume has a gender?

Going to a few seasonal costume parties (one I’m hosting, two I’m attending). I sort of know what I’m wearing but thought it would be funny to find out what you’d suggest. Go for it. :)

I know the past few years, adult hair bows that are classically done have been in style. Is this still the style, or is it "out." If it is still in style, I was thinking about wearing one in either red, pink, or white on Valentines day. I will post a picture of my hair, and you tell me what you think if I should wear one at all, and what color it should be. Thanks.

I’m curious what people actually think about the dark academia style (blazers, pleated skirts, button-downs, trench coats, etc.). Do you personally find this aesthetic attractive?

Thinking ahead to spring and summer. I have my toenails white for the winter. Shall I leave them white or go with red for spring/summer. I feel like with Valentine's coming up, they should be pink or white. I just don't care for pink throughout the summer. I am really not very daring either. I would like to go with white like I have now, or red like this look. What do you think?

I am trying to decide on a shade of red, fuchsia, or something like it to wear this spring. I have been wearing a dark mulberry this fall/winter. I am ready for a change. I have narrowed it down to these two colors. Which of these do you like the best?
