will ur religion make u leave the love of your life? I live in lebanon and i broke up recently because of this. He can never convert his religion and of course... i can’t do it either because he is totally different so what i would like to ask is : Will boys seriously leave the love of their life because of this? And surely i’m not talking arabic vs x.. no, i’m talking arabic vs arabic but diff mindset and cultures..

I like this guy.. wow typical sentence starter. Anyway, he's a year older in age, but 2 in grades, so he's helping out at a church retreat that I'm attending. That'll be torture... 😂 I've liked this guy for like 5 years no joke, and every year I seem to like him more oops. His older sister and his brother's wife are my group leaders for the camp, and I feel like they'll figure out I'm into him. I don't think I should make it obvious or not... I mean... I'm "really Christian" as some people like to say, and not looking to date until I'm at an age that I'd be ready to look for a potential spouse. That doesn't mean I don't still have all the feelings that come with liking someone or thinking someone is attractive or has a good personality. Each year we have a one-on-one conversation with one of our group leaders and we talk about struggles in our life specifically. Rn my biggest struggles are stress and being overworked, and having feelings for this guy that I can't do anything about. Would it be good for them to know because it might help or do you think I should just try and keep it hidden as long as possible to not risk them telling him or letting it slide? Please explain too! :)
