Questions: Religion & Spirituality

I think Islam and Judaism are more similar.(60% of the rules are almost the same)

All my life I've believed in God, I know that he is out there watching for me, but as i grow older, I get questions, i imagine that God is a form of continuity for a lot of people, if God exists then heave exists which means when I die, I'll go there. So the notion of if I die, I'll go somewhere soothes people.
But I question some things, one is Adam and Eve, it's impossible that we are all descendants of the same two people, as science has proven that incest will result in babies with birth defects so we wouldn't have survived.
The other is, if God is against gay people, why does he create them, makes no sense as being gay is just who you are, you don't choose it.
The other most common question i have is why are people suffering in the world, children who are brutally mistreated and neglected? But on the other hand there are mom's out there who are loving but haven't been able to have kids? People get killed, hurt, tortured, and there are some truly faithful people who pray for it to end but it doesn't.

I put this passage here, because I truly have these questions and I'm trying to get answers not to insult anyone's faith, so please help me answer them. Thank you

It doesn't seem logical that women should stay virgin while guys can go ahead and have sex before marriage in their right because then they'll do it with sinners and how is that not a sin.
Is it just that a bunch of even "very religious" guys have sex before marriage because they don't want to follow that rule or are they actually allowed to do that?
I honestly don't know that's why I'm asking.

Also please abstain from giving your opinion if you're not concerned in any way by my question (example of things I don't want to see: "waiting for marriage to have sex is dumb", "religion is a lie").
