I wasn't too sure how to ask this so feel fre to answer any of these or all of these also:

Is it outdated?
Is it irrelevant?
Is it helpful?

Is it nessesary?

People often use a statement like angels don't exist but that is a negative and since they claim we can't prove a negative, then you're a hypocrite to use a negative. We can prove physical negatives. We can prove money is not (physical negative) on our table if it is not there. Money is a physical thing. If money is (physical positive) on our table, we prove it using our senses. We can not prove or disprove angels are (spiritual positive) or are not (spiritual negative) dancing on our tables and rejoicing since angels are from the spiritual realm, if it exists, and not of the physical realm. Therefore, it is not on equal grounds.

You don't investigate the physical with the same methods you use to investigate the spiritual. Using a negative statement about something not existing or not being done if it's not a physical question means you are being illogical. Saying demons don't exist is not equal to saying there's no cherry pits in my hand. Demons are of the spiritual and must be investigated by different means and cherry pits are of the physical and must be investigated using the physical. We can prove there are no cherry pits in my hand because it's of a physical proposition. Demons are of a spiritual proposition and can't be investigated using physics. That's a misconception that seculars use when discussing topics concerning the spiritual realm. Please share your thoughts!

I had a user point out to me that I'm in blasphemous affairs against God, stating that using the 3rd in the trinity as a username was mocking God's holy work. I explained to him that I used it to show people that it is excitement spiritually and that they can attain equal excitement too and should motivate them that God left the Holy Ghost for humans to be comforted and taught.

Please let me know if you think I made a spiritual mistake using it and if I am in error or not. If this is sinful, how great of a sinful violation is it and what class level of punishment will it carry? I'm concerned and want to hear your thoughts. Please help point me in the most correct direction.

I'm Catholic. But not most religious person you'll meet. I got in a minor argument with a friend who is very religious. I say your born gay. It's not a choice. He says it's a sin. He says it's a choice. Do you think your born gay? Or you choose? I'll update tomorrow who won the argument and how. After I get a few answers..

Even if there is no God,

People don't give themselves their own existence, so why do they think they are so secularly special that they can claim what their life's purpose and meaning is? Your life doesn't have purpose and meaning just because you say it does. People many times say that they give their own life purpose and meaning but who says they can? People assume purpose and meaning can be self given. They treat purpose and meaning as if it is life clothes. They may think that it's something they can decide but there is no evidence suggesting that. No. You decide how you treat your body and what you want to eat and wear but under no circumstances does that therefore imply you have the power to declare what your purpose and meaning is just because you are the person living.

People never assume that maybe they aren't living up to what their life's purpose and meaning is. They always assume they can give it to themselves but that it's not handed down to them. Generally, secular people think purposes and meanings in their own life is subjective. If that's the case, then anything goes when good or evil is chosen by anybody. People never think or question if they are living up to their life's purpose and meaning because they think they are the ones deciding it, s if they are living up to what they claim their purpose and meaning is. Nothing you tell them can provide any substantial proof that they can self ascribe purpose and meaning. They just feel that they can because they are the person who thinks they are in charge of their purpose and meaning.

I used to be religious and fairly devout. But what eventually left me with no choice but to renounce my faith and abandon my beliefs was actually learning more and more about my religion.

At that point I was an agnostic theist, so I still believed in God. But after looking at a few other religions, looking at religious people, and also learning about things like Evolution, it became inevitable and inextricable that I become an Atheist as the only logical conclusion.

It also became apparent to me that many Atheists know religious texts better than the religious people who subscribe to those religions, and that like me, that was also a main source of their disbelief.

So do you think that knowledge & enlightenment about religion generally leads to a more atheistic worldview?

People should realize that the Holy Ghost is a perfect teacher and will teach you all things you need to know to safeguard your salvation. Please allow Him to be your teacher and your comforter.

What areas do you allow the Holy Ghost to partake in your life?

I think many people who aren't living remnant and consecrated lives unto Jesus will not be aware when the Antichrist comes. There will be many people who will trust the Antichrist like that of a savior.

Please tell me why you picked your answer.

This is another longer term (3 words as opposed to 1 word) for which we can easily say angels and demons and the average person understands what we mean. They do not have to exist to be referred to as this. I think angels and demons exists and the evidence tends to points more towards their existence than non-existence.
