I don't have a car or job (I can't work right now because of my university schedule), I don't have a father so we depend on my mother income it is more than enough but still she can't give me much to spend, this is not an issue for me since I'm not a fan of going to clubs or buying stuff I don't need like 200$ sun glasses or things like that.

I feel I don't have anything to offer in a relationship since I don't have a car to take her to places or money to do anything fancy or travel. Would you date someone on my situation or will it be a dealbreaker?

Money is everything!
Money is all i need. I have discovered, that if i follow the road up to more money i can live happier and i don't miss anything.
with money i can get everything and anything. Food, clothes, housing, cars, fancy tech, gardens, trips, vacations, leisure, surgeries - just everything!
The more money i have and make the lesser sad and depressed i become. money is the answer to everything.

So why do people say, that money is not everything? why do people say, that having tons of money does not mean being happy or being content in life? personally i crave lots of bacon & ciabatta, caesar salad and juice from fresh fruits and i can get just that. afterwards i can drive to the beach out of town for a swim in this hot weather and on my way i can listen to jazz with great bass. and in the evening i could hire for some sex and get myself some fine wine. I know i want that and i can get that and this is what i call happiness. I will live with smiles on my face all the time. All that because of the money, that i have.

I can't say I love money because money is nothing more than paper and those digits on my bank account. But my money can buy me things I love, which is the same thing 💕

There is no warranty for having other sources of happiness. There are no warranties for having stable sources of happiness coming from things, that don't cost any money. There are no warranties for relationships.

Like I said: Money is everything!

Ever since I was born I got the wake up call of capitalism. The 6 year old me has realized, that everything costs money and I had so little of it for the majority of my past time.

My mother kept bombarding me with the same old phrases "economics are broken", "we have no money", "prices are going up and the salary remains the same" and then complained "you are so skinny! you eat nothing" and I was taunted by my dad as being just a bag of bones. I have siblings and I will leave it at that.

Now at 23 things did not really change. At the very least I am working and making my own money and feeding myself. I feel like I am living adequately but it can be better, it can be worse.

Other guys at my age seem to have a drivers license and a car and can afford to go to fancy events whereas I'm stuck saving up for my bachelors tuition. I have also untreated diseases ever since school and I am stuck on meds for breathing!

I have no home (literally) but I rent an apartment and I live alone. I am not in my home country and I'm in a country worse than Germany.

I have never made it out of being a low class citizen. I'm still here.

This got me thinking: Is the ONLY way to live good and happy to be childfree and unmarried? Since money talks and money is everything and money dominates each and every single one of us. And kids and marriage (and divorce) cost several fortunes. I don't make enough money. Or why do we work? Charity?
But then again, I don't want kids and marriage anyway at any time because my survival manstincts would never steer me wrong.

I'm not happy, I'm depressed since I was a 10 years old but I can't be happier at this point in my life. My life has been boring 90% of all times.
For some reason... money helps. A lot. Just the thing, that I have been lacking my entire life. This is capitalism.

I got the impression, that my parents expected things to be free like it is the USSR all over again.
