Him and I flirted and made out. Said he didn't want a relationship cuz we'd have to be apart for school in a year. I ask to be friends he says ok, and not even two days later flirts with me again, being really caring, using heart emojis, being super sweet and missing me. Boi gets pissed cuz I post a pic of us somewhere, people started sharing our photo and assumed we were dating cuz the caption had a date. (The day I gave him a drawing I used 11 hours to make) I just meant it as a picture and nothing else, but I also told him I do like him, but he said he didn't wanna break my heart and sounded vulnerable, but then I told him I only liked him and wasn't in love with him or anything and he seemed annoyed/ confused, and that's when he started getting really mad and then ignoring me and gave me a sarcastic comments about how I was pressuring him to be in a relationship with me.

All I did was draw him a picture and post it. He is the one who keeps the drawing in his room, showed his friends, walks around the school with me and stops us with his friends and his brother/ his brother's friends. Says he likes things lowkey yet literally everyone sees us together and I haven't seen him walking around like that with any other girls. Tried to avoid me in the hallways at school but 2 days ago I was in my friends car and my friend beside me told me that the guy was on the sidewalk with his friends and that he was looking straight into our car (2 separate times). Now he's trying flirt/hookup with other girls; I've never slept with him. He's listening to 1) Without me -Halsey 2) Now or Never- Halsey ( about not wanting to fight, the person to love you right now) 3) Illenium- Down with me (it's about how a guy is super screwed up and doesn't wanna drag down the people he loves with his mistakes and how they should let go of him and not try to fix him and that he doesn't wanna break their heart) He usually only listens to rap so his music just made a 180 turn. Ok so this carries on from the question I asked yesturday!

There’s a guy I’m 90% convinced likes my friend! They have slept together but he dumped her & it never made sense to her or me because he seemed to genuinely like her.

Skip a few months of her being heartbroken, they still have to see each other for work. So she keeps it friendly. And whenever they are in the same room he looks at her, a lot! It’s not just any look either, he REALLY looks at her as if he genuinely cares about her & still wants her. It’s never made any sense until today!!

I’ve recently found out he told his best friend about him & my friend when they were getting together. Bear in mind he is very easily led by his best friend & does a lot of things he’s uncomfortable with just to make his friend happy! (Yeah I know!) But best friend didn’t approve. It was around this time he dumped my friend!

So, guys, have you ever really liked a girl but because you wanted to make your friend happy, didn’t take it further because your best friend said she wasn’t to his liking?

Ok so this girl is 19 and works full time. We work in a restaurant/kitchen as severs and food runners in a retirement home. This is her first job and she started in August. She has 4 no call no show write ups on record and every other day she is really late. Our shift is 11am-7pm. She shows up at 11:14-11:20. It would be different if it was like 11:05 (which even then its frowned upon) but like she does this every other day and sometimes she will be running down the stairs to clock in at 10:58 or 11:02. She literally lives like 10 minutes away from here. Everybody else can get here on time and she’s almost always late. There’s people who live like an hour away that still manage to get here on time. She never has a good excuse either hell on Monday last week she came in and was like yeah I know I’m late I slept in and that was after she got written up and then she has the nerve to not call work until 4pm to say she won’t can’t show up on Thursday throwing everybody off schedule. There’s only 2 of us that are full time and like 6 part time people. We are super short staffed and when she doesn’t show up or is late or does a half assed job on purpose for whatever reason it fucks everybody up. I guess today since the two floor managers can’t get through to her they took it a higher step up to the boss of the entire food department. He told her if she’s late or doesn’t call off before the shift one more time she’s getting terminated. It’s getting ridiculous. Yes we are short staffed and yes we need employees but if you can’t be trusted to show up on time or at all then we don’t need you because it screws everyone over. She’s not a bad server if she actually tries and is an excellent runner and she’s a really nice funny girl. Nobody has problems with her except for her tardiness.
