But still I saw girls chatting him which he denied that are only friends

On our fourth date, we are planning to date together outside. But he is asking a favor from me. He wants to borrow 15,000 for his house rent.

He no longer have money and also I think he was not lying because all his ATM accounts are already empty or blocked when we tried to withdraw a money on a bank.

He is an unfortunate foreigner whose money were spent for nothing. I don’t know if I should help him. I already paid 6000 for his health insurance

Its hard for me to believe in him especially when he put me through hell an I had to deal with his issues (Cutting, Bi-polar, Depression). Then he says he wants to marry me an have a future with me. I remember the good times where we played in the water, raked leaves for the elderly. Then I remember the bad , the lying, the stealing, the manipulation an depravity of drugs.
