So let's set the stage. Assume you have a boyfriend and both of you are in a mall, drinking some iced coffee and just sitting around, tired of window shopping. Then you notice your bf's been staring at something for a while. "What is it?" you ask. He says, "That girl looks hot. That one, the one with the red skinny jeans." What is your reaction? Will you go berserk?

so there is this girl I meet a couple months ago and she works part time in a clothing store and everytime I see her she always seemed to be dressed really well and has on an outfit that really suits her. its definity something I've noticed about her. myself my style is not really that great and she likely wonders some nights when she see's me at bar.
I've had this idea for a bit to ask her to help improve my wardrobe and help me get some better clothes , either we'd go shopping together or she could suggest online some ideas or I could visit store she worked at.

but admit I'm not 100% sure of the idea yet , as most of our conversations have been pretty casual so far and I haven't been to store she works at yet just saw on her fb she worked there. and we've never really gone shopping yet and I'm not really that big on spending big money at a mall but wonder if it might be a good way to get to know her better

Well, in early September it was the beginning of a new school year. This girl is in my entrepreneurship and gym class. I look at the corner of my eye and see her sometimes look at me. I would sometimes pass her when going to the next class and we would give each other eye contact and smile. I was nervous and shy if she liked me or not so I didn't make a move. This continued throughout for weeks. A few weeks later I introduced myself and she did too. Well on Halloween , I went to the mall to get a haircut and I saw her working at DQ when I passed by. She noticed me and smiled at me and said hey. Her eyes looked sparkly and I felt a connection. So we talked and I ordered a sundae. I then said see you later. I walked around the mall to see if there was anything to purchase. I bought some items and I passed by her one more time to leave the mall. While I passed her she was holding a bowl and giving candy to children. She looked at me and smiled and I did the same. Well fast forward to last Wednesday. I get confidence and sit next to her in our entrepreneur class while she is in her group for a project. Her group mates weren't working that day so she was sitting and looking around and on her phone. I said hi and try to talk to her. She isn't as responsive and it doesn't feel like before. I feel like the flame is dying and I really don't want to lose it. I feel like giving up and moving on. Any advice?
