My wordings were quite inaccurate so I post a new poll.

Tan is when you get a darker skin shade due to the sun or other fake methods.

Natural brownish skin on ethnic people means that people of different ethnics usually from South Asian (india, sri lanka, bangladesh, etc) , southeast asia (indonesia, Malaysia, phillipines, Thailand, myanmar, etc..), pacific islanders (Polynesia, etc..), South america, many people from Africa with similar shade, in which they have brownish skin tone that is similar to the shade when white people tan (light brown to dark brown)

Fake tan is spray tan, tanning at beach, tanning at the beach, tan salons, etc..
Natural tan is when you're born with it.

I think we can differentiate between fake and natural tan by looking at the person by looking at the skin texture and the shade.
