For native English speakers. What would it be the word that you would use to describe someone that worries too much, like me?

And I'm not really much gullible in general, but I do tend to do worry easily.

Example: As if I can't contact a friend for a couple days in a roll I would be already like really worried. As in "has she been kidnapped?" worried. And if still can't contact I would call her family or friends and all that.

A few friends told me a couple times that I worry too much. And I do believe them, so I try to keep my cool and don't worry too much. But it's hard for me, doesn't comes naturally.

So, you guys think it's fine for me to be this way? (poll)
And, do you have a word, slang or not, to describe someone like me? (comment)
