Guy's Behavior

Why don't guys like me? Or at least try to get to know me romantically or something?

Okay so sometimes I catch a couple of the guys in my class looking at me, I don't know if its out of interest though because whenever we're out they NEVER make moves on me. They'll be looking to have conversations with me a lot more lately but still nothing.
But then there's my best friend, who is, there's no denying it, extremely attractive (like could be a model attractive, she's like 6 foot and everything), hardly ever anymore do they talk to her much in school ( i guess she's intimidating to them) yet when we're out, they're all over er.
I have literally never had a guy I know show romantic interest.
One guy I know asked to shift me (hook up) but he was pissed drunk and I'm pretty sure it was to make my friend jealous.
Any other guy I know who has asked to shift (again its slang for hook up) has shown no romantic interest (flirting, even talking to me much tbh) whilst sober)
No guys ever text me or anything
Why do you think this is?

Facts about my personality
-I'm fairly smart, like I get on really well in school
-I'm stubborn
-Alot of people don't get my humour but those who do find me funny
-I can be shy
-I stutter when I speak too fast
-I'm friendly though :)

Looks wise I'm constantly going from I'm so ugly to I'm average to I actualy look alright so I can't give much detail there tbh
