If the person is misbehaving at your place and infringes the rules that you set by either being mean, being obnoxious, being intoxicate when you clearly stated that there will be no drugs, alcohol or whatever causes them to be intoxicated, when someone acts in a way that offends you or goes against your beliefs or house rules, then you do indeed have the right to throw out this person from your premises.
Your place, your rules and if those invited guests cannot abide by your rules, then they are offensive and a red flag.
I hope that you did not get hurt or molested by the offender.

Under specific circumstances yes. For example, one invited guest doesn’t have the right to demean/call out/etc. another guest. Everyone should know to show some decorum and common sense at either a house party or a public event.
Well…. Yes it’s YOUR house. You can throw someone out for any or no reason at all? Is it the right thing to do? Depends on the situation. But if they’re causing a problem then yes absolutely. It’s your house and you have a right to have anyone you want either in or out of that house.
If someone’s being a nuisance they aren’t entitled to stay there.
Well they can , so the answer is a big YES , but I'd kinda hope they had good reason.

There are only a couple circumstances I'll say no.
1. If the weather is going ballistic. Do not kick someone out during that environment
2. If they do not have a method of getting home. Even moreso if they are under the influence. If it’s your house you can do what you want and if it is that bad that you feel the need to toss someone in the middle of the night then by all means do it!
Yes you can, you can throw them out at anytime.
Since you are female, they probably can't, If they call the police, the police will not evict a woman but they will attempt to mediate the situation.
I can definitely think of a couple of reasons why this could be happening... and for fair reasons too, lol
Hell yes. You better believe you can. Someone is a guest, until they’re not. At which point they become a trespasser.
No, they cannot. They have squatters rights at least for the night.
Absolutely but whilst being safe and at least respectful.
I guess. It’s their house. Why did the guest get thrown out?
I don't see why not.
if it is your house you can throw anyone out any time that you want.
If the person is causing a ruckus or some other issue, the host (ess) most definitely can ask that person to leave.
They can, but beware - the only person to ever do that to me lost her car keys when I left. Never recovered them.
Yep, just as a hotel can.
I guess so no harm in that
If it’s warranted, absolutely
Anytime for any reason. It's a GUEST.
Sure especially if it last minute thing.
Absolutely if their behaviour warrants it
