I feel like lifting weights has altered the hormones in my body/brain and it's changed my personality a bit. (i like it)

I'm curious about the effects that lifting weights has on people (without steroids).

I've been lifting heavier lately & gained strength, even though im a girl, i feel like my testosterone levels & other hormones have elevated a lot, cos i feel more confident, and a bit more agressive/angry than i used to be.

But i kinda like the new 'more agressive' version of myself cos I'm not scared of being blunt and telling people directly how i feel ~ i feel more relaxed in social situations too.

For example, if someone does something annoying/irritating, i *used to* ignore it or put-up with it,
whilst now, I'll directly tell them to stop and if they don't stop, I'll be more likely to stand up for myself with them etc. (But it rarely turns into an argument/fight).
