Search Results: a guy you like goes missing

This happened at work earlier today. I will not use my companieś name and the names Iḿ using are fake for privacy reasons.

Iḿ an order picker at an appliance store, I pull peopleś online orders so they can be delivered. Also, Iḿ fairly new to the job so Iḿ still learning the ropes.
My coworker, Collin (whoś also new here) and I were pulling orders and we had to get a microwave off a second shelf (tall warehouse shelves). We couldn't reach it and I don't have my order picker certification yet, so Collin told me to get Daniel.
I never met Daniel before this, but Collin knew him somewhat. He's about 6'5, and I can tell he's autistic from the way he talks, walks, and acts.
I go into the receiving office and found Daniel by his name tag. I asked just like I'd ask ANYONE ELSE and asked "Hey Daniel, can you help us get a microwave off the shelf?" He then asked "You guys can't reach it?" and I replied, "No we can't."
He laughed at me showing he has multiple missing teeth, walked off, started talking to someone else, and didn't even help us. I stood there wondering what the fuck was his deal. Collin and I got the microwave by climbing the shelf, which is against policy and we could get fired for that.
A moment later, Daniel was talking to Collin about how everyone treats him like a bitch and he didn't like the way I talk.
THAT PISSED ME OFF!! I talked to him normally, I simply asked him for a favor to get a job done, he scolded me, and he didn't have the stones to say it to me and told my coworker. We're trying to get the job done, yet he didn't want to help because he didn't get his princess treatment. Does he want me to kneel down and kiss his ring before even breathing in his direction?
The only reason I didn't confront him is because he's mentally challenged. If he was an average Joe I'd have put him in his place. I'm not talking to him and I sure as hell ain't helping him.

When I transferred to my current location. There was a girl there who took an interest in me right away.
After a while, I thought it was clear she was into me but I didn't ask her out cause I didn't want to risk a sexual harassment deal.
She wound up asking me out, we went out to her drinks and she asked to go back to her place. I thought we were gonna hook up but I wound up meeting most of her family.
After that we had lunch a few times, she said she wanted to go out again, but when I asked her she wouldn't confirm the dates.

Eventually it disolved and she got back together with her ex and it was awkward for a while since she was so hot and cold.

Lately she's been all about being included in any conversation I'm in and she threw it out there how she was missing going out to certain events and would ask me the last time I did them. All the while she tries to always create and make eye contact with me while I'm doing something.
But she's still with her boyfriend and told me it's in a it's complicated situation, and it's just as rocky as before because he can't get his finances straight.

She randomly asked me the other day what apartment complex I live in and I told her. She said she's looking for a place for her and her man. Then she proceeded to tell me she was taking a month off of work.

My friends say she's still into me, and since things aren't going well with her guy, she's probably going to give me a booty call. Especially since she's reminded me twice she still has my number. She's even said she's wondered why I don't text her anymore.
