So I just saw this poll and it made me think of an interesting question. Instead of putting it in the replies I decided to make a poll myself.

Should there be such a thing as a "legal" abortion? Should it be possible for a man to legally abort his child during pregnancy, abdicating all rights and responsibilities that come with parenthood? Personally I'm inclined to say yes and here's why:

- Right now the decision to have an abortion or not is up to the woman because it's her body and you can't force her to have a baby against her will or to have an abortion against her will. As it should.
- There are a few reasons to want an abortion: rape, incest, health, not being ready for children, not wanting children, etc.
- There are a few ways why a woman gets pregnant: intentionally, rape, accidentally and irresponsibly.
- In the case the pregnancy was a result of an accident or irresponsibility, both parents are equally to blame.

So basically, something that will have a significant impact on the life of both parents will be determined by just the mother while both bear equal responsibility for the pregnancy. So while you can't force a woman to have a baby or an abortion, is it fair that a man can be forced to have a baby?

So, what is your opinion? Should there be such a thing as a "legal" abortion?

As a pro-lifer myself I'm fully aware of 99% of the abortion cases aren't rape or incest, and that children getting pregnant is very rare. Most women undergoing an abortion are healthy consenting adults, but that doesn't mean a child pregnancy case have never occurred considering pedophilia and early puberty exists.

Definition on children = Anyone under 18. Some children can be pregnant at the age of 12.

So I'm wondering what pro-lifers thinks about these cases and how they responds to pro-choicers. Should children be allowed an abortion or not?

My Opinion:
It's dangerous for children to be pregnant since their bodies aren't developed enough, so that means higher risk of complications and deaths. Therefor I think in such cases like the "one survive or two dies cases" should be allowed an emergency-bortion. It's especially dangerous for children under 15 to be pregnant although people aren't adults before 18. I do however think it's unethical to force a child to undergo an abortion against her will if it's not dangerous and she doesn't want one.

I am very against people banning abortions and think it should be up to no one but the people involved in the situation rather than others making their choices for many reasons. Like how not allowing them to have the abortion might affect the people’s life dealing with it or what the child’s future might be. Anyone have opinions?
