Girls, if you're dating multiple guys and finally decide to be exclusive with one, how do you end it with the other guy (s)?

Also, do you update/hide your online profile to show you're not single anymore, or do you just not log into it anymore.

The reason I'm asking is I went out with a woman I met online and we've gone out 4 times. They all went really well and she is always very affectionate, touching, lauching, sharing embarrasing details about her life. She also texts me several times a week even when we already have a date scheduled.

However I hadn't heard from her in a week, so I texed her, and she responded back in like 20 minutes but said she had been really busy taking care of family stuff, and when I asked her when she was free to go out she didn't reply. She also hasn't logged into her online dating profile in a week either. At this point there is nothing I can do other than wait to see if she contacts me and go out with other women, but do you think she really is busy or has she started seeing someone else exclusively you think?

We talk all the time when she's home and we frequently spend all weekend together and intermittent times throughout the week as we both have busy lives. She recently went on a vacation alone to the Caribbean, saying to me before she left (with lots of hugs and deep kisses), that she'd see me when she came home, but her texts have become more abrupt, less frequent and in some cases just cold or dismissive. The last messages I got from her were about her sunburn and her finding someone to rub lotion on her and then she told me she was off for drinks. That was 48 hours ago, this marks the longest time we've not spoken a word to one another. Earlier in the week (she's only gone for 1) she messaged me about having too many Tequila shots and getting "propositioned" (whatever that means) but ended the message with "alas, I'm here for the diving, so no crazy parties for me."... I got he lotion message a day after the "proposition" message. While we weren't super serious, 3 months of seeing each other each weekend all weekend means something to me. There is a level of relationship there I think. We did have the talk about seeing other people and we both agreed that we weren't going to. I'm just wondering why she's become so distant over the last week when she know's I care about her. I haven't been clingy (made that mistake before), so I only really message her to say good morning and then wait to hear from her, only replying to messages she sends me. I've tried to be nothing but supportive and fun in my replies as I don't want her to worry about me too much, or be a burden on her vacation and yet I feel that she's pulling away even more. I know when she's online and can see the messages I've sent her, but she doesn't respond until much later (or at all) even though she checks her messages multiple times a day. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bigger issue at hand that I just can't or don't want to see? Does anyone have any helpful insight here, I'm lost!
