Although transsexualism and transgenderism aren't a sexuality like homosexuality or bisexuality, it's still considered a part of the LGBT+ movement. After asking a question about gays, I wanted to ask one about trans too. First I've to tell you the definition.

Transsexual = Males to females and females to males, usually undergoes medical procedures like hormone treatment and surgeries.

Transgender = Although all transsexuals are transgender not all transgenders are transsexuals. Some trans people identify themselves as several genders, no genders (agender) or quart a gender, quart a nothing and half neutral like demi-boys and demi-girls.

PS! If you thinks transsexualism/transgenderism are a mental illness, you may vote the "no" or "other" button to get a more accurate poll. A mental illness is something you gets or are born with. It's important to distinguish between:

A) Thinking transsexualism/transgenderism is a bad choice people takes
B) It's a mental illness you don't choose to get, but should be treated differently
C) It's a mental illness, but should be treated with hormones and surgeries

This question was asked a couple of days ago by *Censored* (she has blocked me so I can't actually tag her) but seeing as she started removing every comment she didn't like and blocking those who disagreed with her, therefore removing the possibility of discussion and debate, I've decided to ask the question again. No opinions will be removed and nobody will be blocked!

However, allow me to sum up my answer by using *Censored* as an example. I don't consider myself a feminist because feminism (despite many claiming otherwise) is not solely about equality. Feminism is a movement with multiple waves and therefore has multiple ideologies. Feminists such as *Censored* choose not to research the claims they make (e. g. wage gap, pink tax, rape culture, etc) and claim that "feminazis" are but a small minority of the movement. However, even the self-proclaimed rational feminists such as *Censored* will silence those who speak out against their ideology, resort to petty name calling, and will preach equality while also stating that feminism isn't about men and therefore there is no need for them to stand up for men's rights (she's probably deleted that comment now but she said this in the comments of her question yesterday).

I completely support equality of opportunity, regardless of sex, gender, race, sexuality, etc, but I do no support a movement that behaves immorally and childish. If you get angry because someone doesn't label themselves a "feminist" despite that person still standing for equality, then you are part of the problem.

What inspired this question is that I’ve seen several instances of people going against what they say. For instance, I hear from time to time that women complain how they are viewed only for their sexuality and not who they are as individuals. When yet I see so many women on social media that use their sex appeal to make money, and or gain attention. I saw a picture today that a girl I follow posted where she took not one but TWO selfies that where pretty much the same photo but with just different zoom and she’s moving her arm in like so many guys do. (Pressing her boobs inward making cleavage show like crazy)

Another example is how people complain that they have no damn money and yet there they are spending money recklessly.

Do you encounter a lot of people like this? Let’s talk about it
