With the recent crush I've been having it's bringing back a lot of old provocative memories. One is the time where I liked this girl for 3.5 years but she randomly began ignoring me, then the other is the time where my ex-stepdad was verbally abusive, and the last one is trying to recall all of my good childhood memories with my old crush.

I don't have many friends, maybe 4. But anyways, I just got over a 3.5 year crush because she ignored me. Then I moved on to my friend, and she found out, and she told me she felt the same. But next day I got ignored, and she keeps on telling my friend she wants me to talk to her. But she never encourages me, and my friend and her talk all the time; their social relationship is stronger than hers and mine since the beginning of the school year. And the worst part is during the whole class she talks to every one but me, and it makes me quite jealous. Point is, it brings back all the old memories of my 3.5 year crush (jealousy, ignoring me, etc.). And the worse part is I got over the 3.5 year crush like 1 month ago, so it's still fresh. She did make me jealous, but I never got that anger out, so it's been dormant for 3.5 years. Then today, my friends made fun of my old crush, but I was ok with it. Until they brought up my friend and began to talk about how I'm overreacting because she talks with other boys (I told them I was ok with it it just brings out jealousy in me); and one of my friends said he was going to get her before I did. One of my friends pointed out how I never seem angry, and then he told me I needed to get it out because it's unhealthy. I told him I'm not angry, but one of my friends later told me I already am angry, and that I need to rethink my thoughts.

Would you already say I'm angry?

When I was in 6th grade In fell in love with this girl. However, I knew she'd never like me back. Primarily because I watched her go through a relationship and every class I was in with her she flirted with every boy except me. It made me angry, but not enough to lash out. Then my mom fell in love with my stepdad (not an ex-stepdad) and he was verbally abusive. He commonly used swear words in his insults toward us and didn't really understand us. One time he even called us the most ungrateful children in the world. But anyways, this girl I liked I had in one of my classes; but again, she ignored me, flirted with every boy in class, and when I told my friends who I liked they made fun of her and provoked me by making fun of her and the fact that I like her. Again, I got angry, but I never really let it out. Then at the beginning of the year, again: my friends made fun of her and it was awful. But I eventually got over her, and liked someone else. I told my friends (what an idiot I was) and they told me I made a wise choice, but thing is her and I were in an awkward position in our relationship. She found out, told me she liked me, but then she begins to ignore me.. telling my friend I'm ignoring her, even though all I'm doing is making her taste her own medicine. Now my friend talks to her more than I have in the whole year, and she gives me these stupid a** stares for the whole class. It makes me angry when I think her and my friend have a stronger connection than we have had since we have had since the beginning of last year. Last year we would regularly talk and tease, but ever since I told her I liked someone else she began ignoring me. Today though, I got really angry because my friends kept telling me I was overreacting for them talking to her, and one of my friends even said he was going to f*** her before I ever would. I got very pissed, and one of my friends pointed out how I never seem to be angry.

Point is, is it ok to stock of 3.5 years worth of anger?
