Search Results: guys ask for your number and then not use it

So same girl from my previous question, L,

we work in a call centre, she used to site behind me she used to imitate my Australian accent. her friend Y sitting next to her asked me if i was single, i said yes, Y then said L is also single, then Y went to L and said "remember how you asked me to ask J (me) if he was single" (not sure if they were joking or not) then L says "yeah we should go on a date"

I had my back turned when she said that, so i wrote my number on a piece of paper then gave it to Y to give to L, then that was like 6 days ago no call from her. (Question 1 why?)

Then i added her on facebook on Sunday, and i made a joke about myself and she said i was hilarious.

Then today Monday, she injured herself, and i sent her a email saying i hope she feels better. She didn't respond, then i have since moved away from her, she comes over and talks to the girl next to me, i then said L how is your injury, then she said fine.

Then when i went home i facebooked her i hope you are ok i hope its nothing serious and such (Question 2. am i being too forward with her)

Also while she was talking to the girl next to me she eventually had her back turned on me, almost trying to ignore me or something, i don't get it, a lot of times i feel as if she is different around me than with other people. And the fact that she hasn't called makes me think she doesn't like me.

What should i do, so i play more hard to get or does she straight out not like me?

Question 3. Do girls like it when guys care about them? or am i caring too much? I genuinely do care.
