I have been seeing this guy and he fits every profile of my dream guy but we don’t communicate as much. We communicate well in terms of understanding each other and respecting each other. But the problem is we’re both extremely introverts we’re always in our head and we don’t actually communicate much verbally but we have amazing chemistry physically. I have complicated feelings for him because we have only went on three dates I feel like it takes time for me to open up and for him. Our fear is that we will bore each other because we stare at each other eyes, cuddle, and be in each other’s presence with our minds racing but we don’t share what’s on our mind. I have difficulty opening up to anyone because I’m a extreme introvert. I started distancing myself from him because he has complicated feelings for me too, like our feelings aren’t developed. He’s an amazing guy, has similar core values, goals in life and understands me well. Do feelings come right away or do people build it? We’re very inexperienced in dating to say the least. But we believe we should focus on one person at a time and right now I got my eyes on him, but I have confused feelings because I haven’t opened up as much as I could. And as for me it’s hard for me to open up because I was in complete isolation growing up, had distance parents, no friends never built that friendly communication with anyone. And now I’m starting and it’s the hardest thing for me now, to speak what I think.

The branch that my crush transferred to had a grand opening and I went with my two friends. We got there and he noticed me as soon as I walked in the door and immediately said hi. Then he asked me if I was having any luck saving the environment (I study sustainability) and I told him I don't really have a measurement for that. I got in line, got my stuff, and we had a seat. My friends said that as soon as he saw me he went to talk to me they also said that I was really flirty. So message across. The downside is that they were really busy, it was the grand opening, and I noticed all three CEOs of the company watching him. There were a couple of times where he made eye contact and communicated some things to me through body language. Mostly he just wanted to go home and stop dealing with peoples shit. Then I thought he was going to sit with us, but one of the CEOs pulled him away. He looked kinda mad. I went to give him my number and I chickened out AGAIN, plus I'm pretty sure some other employees saw me try. I also sent him a message on facebook (he accepted by friend request) but he hasn't read it. SO, do I go back and try again? Is that trying to hard? Is it better to go on my own or with my friends?

Any thought would be appreciated.
