Just realize it's all a bull$hit act. Learn from what people do, not from what they say - this holds true for the vast majority of women. Women care A LOT about what other people think about them - especially other women; they are always trying to outdo / get one up on each another in every facet of their existence. Portraying a gleaming moral, non lustful/slutty version of themselves on that there Internets is just another mechanism of what I have described previously.
