The solution here is not to tell women to "choose a better paying job". Men and women will argue that it is fair to be paid a higher rate when they work on a weekend. This penalty cut is unjust and is an issue independent from sex discrimination or sexism. Although the penalty cut in itself is not sex discrimination, it is unjust and does disproportionately affect women, contributing a widening to the gender pay gap.

In America, there is currently a push for the minimum wage to increase to $15 per hour. Supporters, like me, of this increase see being paid the current $7.25 per hour as unjust and it is estimated 58% of the nearly 40 million U. S. workers who would benefit from this wage hike are women.

So i got Vegas coming up end of the month 😝 My crazy azz risking my job for 3 days to go to Vegas but i needed this vacation 🤷 So im going alone and my fam and friends and exes are freaking out because everyone expected me to cancel but idgaf because y'all cheap asses stood me up last min. Im just ready to enjoy the time well spent. Im going to shop like crazy. Im gonna eat some yummy af food. Ima chill by the pool. I considered getting a massage but my man kinda jealous so i'll pass for his sake 😂 cause i was only gonna get a massage had there been a hot guy touchin me. The one thing i hate im giving up is the theme/fair rides because i really dont see myself doing the rollercoaster and stuff alone, but im lookin forward to everything else. Im even considering goin to some hip hop shows. I've already got my club outfit picked out to go to my first EDM club. I dont think highly of myself but i expect to get approached at least once haha. My friends try to hype me up but ill pass. I've got my eye on someone special and he's crazy about me, so i wouldn't dare go to Vegas and fuckup. We have a dinner date when i return in August.
