long story kind of short: french class friends-ish first semester then second semester sat together and became super close friends (i think). first semester he used to talk every once in a while to me but we sat a seat away so it was kind of hard, he got moved to the back because he talked to much with our group. second semester he asked to be sat next to me. we took turns bringing book to class so we always moved our desks closer (like everyone else) sometimes i would be doing something else and he would pull the desk closer to me. he always leaned over and was basically on top of me and our feet always touched. he would always steal my phone from my hoodies pocket and i would never notice until he gave it back. there were times were he would stare at me and when i saw him i would try to stare back but i got embarassed and hid my face but still facing him. he eventually found out my password and put his snapchat. i sent him a video of pusheen cat since he love him and we started talking even more. he even asked me who i liked (i was not sure if i had feelings for him or not and i didn't know what to say so i just said my past crush [that he did not know] ) he tried to guess but he never got close i asked him if he liked anyone but he said no, i did not belive him. about a week later he tells me not to message him because he had goten in trouble and a few days after that in school he whispers to me and says "carol (she sits in front of us) told people i had a girlfriend" i didn't know what to say since i had understood that she told people that but he didn't have one and that was why he was mad. some people even asked him if hadent he liked her for a while. we kind of stopped talking as much as we did during class. shool ended and we talked a bit but not like before (obviously) Now my question is could he have liked me? but i dont get it because im not pretty or have an amazing attitude, could i have been imagining it, perhaps overexagerating? any advice helps.

The ones I am friends with I gave taken it upon myself to friend request and introduce myself and become FB friends with. My problem is suddenly he is commenting to pictures of beautiful women who he has not talked to since school. We are 50 years old. And I know he has private messaged them telling them how beautiful and smart they are and how he wanted them to know he was thinking about them. We had a problem with this issue over a year ago. He would get a message from an ex once a month or so and would tell me if I asked that he doesn't like to hurt anyone feelings and it was just Hi how are you doing chit chat. One eveneing we were laying in bed looking at facebook and he handed me his phone to read something and when I went scroll the page changed and it was his his pm list and I saw that she had messaged him "I miss you too". I was crushed because that was not chit chat. I had told him from the begining I did not like him talking to him. Long back story but she only had a relationship with him for money. Then ran of and married her exfiance two weeks after sleeping with him. And was continually telling him she made a mistake and she loved him when he was starting to have a relationship with me. That night things blew up and there was a lot if silence and tears from me after our screaming match. He told me when I moved up he had no secrets from me he was an open book. Left his facebook signed in and gave me his passwords for online. Ibread the messages that were not deleted. Ther were only 3. She said ahe was thinking about him a lot. He replied he was thinking about her too and he "I miss my squishy". To which she replied I miss you too. My heart was crushed we talked at length on the third day. He said he meant he missed the people he had worked with. He also deleted her and blocked her from his phone. He wanted to delete his facebook because he didn't want me telling him who he can and cannot talk too. I told him that was not my intention and ibdid not want

Even though I'm in a relationship, I think that my best friend may have something for me. We sit together in some of our classes, but even if we don't, we're still talking to each other even if we're in different sides of the room. He treats me unlike anyone else; makes eye contact with hardly anyone, but can do it with me, he's always been really nervous around people but there's days when he's not nervous around me and times when he is, especially when he stuffs up, he goes all red. He is always somehow close to me, leaning near me, writing on my stuff, play fighting in a way. If I'm not paying attention to him, he'll find a way to change that: whether it's leaning over and drawing on my book, saying something to me or even staring at me until I realise it. I always catch him looking at me, even if he's doing it in the corner of his eye and he admits to it too. We walk together after school, he knows that he's my best friend and he doesn't try to argue that. In fact, he accepts it. We know everything about each other. He sometimes talks to me on snapchat. We have inside jokes and if he's around when I am making a joke, even if it's to someone else, he'll always be listening in and laugh. In all honesty, he gets annoyed by everyone other than me. He usually grabs my phone and goes through it and sometimes reads over my text messages if I'm messaging my boyfriend during class. We are never sitting in the same class in silence because he will ALWAYS start a conversation, no matter what it's about, any excuse to talk to me, he will. He remembers everything about me, whether it's things that I do or say. Everybody that has seen us together says that we are "meant for each other", "deserve each other" and that he most definitely has feelings for me, even people I've never spoke to before that just witness what goes on. What do you think?

PS: I have no intentions of pursuing this as I have a boyfriend who I love, I'm asking this question out of curiosity.
