Do I have a chance?

Ok so, I have been into this grl foir a while, a few months. I was getting mixed signals, she keeps hanging out but won't talk or shell ask me out but she doesn't act like she's interested when we hang out.. For a while I thought maybe she is shy. But then how can shge ask me out. So I got tired of it, and i finally asked her 'what he wanted from me.' She said :

Guys im really confused. I did not think i was doing all of this, but maybe i was / am. Is she saying she might actually want something? Am i reading that wrong? I can not tell if she is rejecting me, or saying she is considering me. What do you think?

I would appreciate advice.

I know i paused too long, but it was out of no where.

I know I seem inexperienced but I have had gfs.. I just do not understand her. She is just different. But I do like her. But I feel so dumb around her sometimes. We are not even having sex. Not to be a jerk but its been months and we are not dating or having sex, so I just dont understand and I feel like she is blaming me... Is it my fault? This is like a headace that will not leave.
