I don't like plastic surgery for vanity use and I understand it's for insecure reasons too. But i just think it should only be used for deformity and if you had any serious physical injuries or had cancer. But that's just me.
I don't think fake breasts are necessary unless you had your breasts removed from cancer.
But if your boobs are not deformed or removed, i see no reason getting them. Be happy with what you got.
So how would you feel if your girlfriend wanted breast implants?

So I have this question I have been toying with for a while. Would guys rather have a girl natural with maybe an A cup or a girl with C cups that are fake? I have already began to save money, but it makes me mad when I hear that guys don't like implants and I would like to know why. Most women they have pictures of have fake boobs. I'm trying really hard to decide because if I'm ever single again I don't want guys to freak and leave if they find out I have fake boobs, but I don't want them to freak and leave because I have tiny real boobs. Any helpful tips?

My boyfriend keeps telling me to not get implants. He did admit that he's a man so of course he likes busty women. He also said he really does not like implants. I've always wanted them. And I mentioned it to him before. He was okay with it and now he's changed his mind. I don't understand if he likes big breasts why he doesn't want me getting implants? Do men like implants?

Thanks to celebrities like Beyonce with her "Bootylicious" ways, JLo, Kim K (love her or hate her, that body is banging), Iggy Azalea, big booties are becoming increasingly popular and attractive. In case y'all STILL believe that the media has absolutely no influence on our standards or "ideals of beauty", now the big booty craze has taken us by storm. This has caused an increase in cosmetic procedures like "ass shots" as made popular by Nicki Minaj (aka Brazilian Butt Lift) and butt implants are on the rise. Suprisingly, breast implants are now decreasing.

So, with that. It's often asked if you'd date a girl with breast implants. But would you be willing to date a girl with butt implants? Both breast and butt implants? Thoughts? Or should we just learn to ignore the standards, that change like every decade or so, and embrace our appearance?
Ladies, particularly with smaller derriers, would you get any of these procedures? Thoughts?

I say no, not for me. And I did want breast implants before. But eh. Not anymore. You can put new headlights on a carcacha aka lemon car, but you still settled for a lemon car. So why bother.

Aside from her odd thoughts. Like not needing to eat because she can get energy from photosynthesis or breathing? . .

She has had numerous surgeries (in case that wasn't obvious enough). Such as breast implants, rib removal, facial chiseling and others, etc.

Do you think she's beautiful? Was she more beautiful without surgery? Is this even "ideal" for humans? Would you date her?
