I understand the need for equal rights but not equal pay (different professions) and certainly not equal gender roles.
How often do you see a female blue collar, police officer, fire fighter, army officer. The toughest and most dangerous jobs in the world are often done by men.
But even then, men are expected to put themselves in these thankless jobs, in the line of danger everyday to protect society and in most cases women. Shouldn't women also share these hazardous occupations if they want true equality and stop playing the 'your risk, my gain' game?
P. S: and please stop using pregnancy as an unwarranted excuse, its not like a woman can birth everyday.
