I'm pretty slim (not stick skinny), and I'm medium height but very small-boned. My boobs don't look that big to me, but I think they can be distracting to guys sometimes. They're real and they're not really fat so much as they just stick straight out. I don't think they look fake, but I'm used to them. Are they just too big?

I don't like plastic surgery for vanity use and I understand it's for insecure reasons too. But i just think it should only be used for deformity and if you had any serious physical injuries or had cancer. But that's just me.
I don't think fake breasts are necessary unless you had your breasts removed from cancer.
But if your boobs are not deformed or removed, i see no reason getting them. Be happy with what you got.
So how would you feel if your girlfriend wanted breast implants?

I know a lot of girls are insecure with their looks and usually try to hide themselves. Honestly I intensely dislike plastic surgery used for vanity reasons. I used to want a nose job and botox but then i realized my self-perception would be the same. I think fake breasts look digusting and women should accept they way they look.
I wanted to know your opinions on plastic surgery. I don't mean like over the top you see on ads, just a few adjustments, nose job, cheek fillers, lip filler, fake boobs and buts, among others.
