I said “why?” He said “just asking.” Did he approach me because he wanted to date?

Hi all. As you some of you know, I am madly in love with my friend. I have been thinking nonstop about a plan to ask him out since Mid-March since I don’t want another girl to take my chance from me. I love him with all my heart, no other girl would love him and care as much as I do. I even hate working in groups in class unless he’s in my team which happened just once, the day (early February’18) I started developing those feelings even tho I’ve known him since 2005. I love with every bit of my heart.
But then, I think I came out with a plan to ask him out. He’s the class president along with another childhood friend of mine. My love is the one in charge of taking notes about what the teachers and lower-principal say about me during the trimestrial class council since last trimester (March was last council). So he called me to communicate my results. I understood my results and all. But what is my plan? Well, this time when he calls me, when we finish talking about my results, I shall say “Anyway, how about we go with M (Female) and K (male) during lunch break?”. I’m sure he’ll say yes since we’re all friends. Once we arrive there and finish lunch, I’ll isolate him a bit with me and confess my feelings and make the first move by asking him to be my boyfriend. He’s great and I’ll tell him how much I care about him and how amazing he is during my confession. *IF* he declines (it’s not likely. A mutual male and mutual female friend both think we should date. They also think he knows I love him and is extremely open-minded around me, they say he might like me too), I’ll leave him some time to think.
What do you think about the plan? Is it good? If not, please tell me what to modify. Thank you again <3

I started dating a girl (one of my friends) a couple of weeks ago, and one of my good friends (not the one I'm dating) has started withdrawing from our friend group. I keep asking her if everything's okay and she says it is, but I'm not sure. I don't know if I'm being paranoid or being a dick to her or something, but I'm pretty sure something's wrong. We usually talk and show each other internet memes or something at lunch, but now she just keeps to herself or doesn't even show up.

So my boyfriend had said something that concerned me, even though I ended up asking him about it once I heard what he said. He has a female friend who I'm pretty sure likes him, but he's told me time and again he didn't like her and they've never dated even though they've known eachother for years. I've never met her.. When we broke up for a month, they had hung out twice. Then we got back together, and she ended up calling him one day, telling him she had to cancel a work trip and potentially was very sick, waiting on results from the doctor. I guess she's on and off always had something wrong with her health wise. Anyways so they're talking about that, and I'm in the room.. My boyfriend then brings something up about her sitting on her bed, and this webcam site they went on where you chat with random people. He then tells her he's there for her and that they should grab lunch. (Note: he knew how I felt uneasy about this girl) when they hang up, I ask him what was up with that comment. He says he was talking about how she used to be sick and she was always in her bed talking to people on there, but said that they only ever hung out in her living room.

my confusion is, if that's true then how come he brought up her sitting on her bed, unless maybe he was reminding her of the website they had gone on and the way to jog her memory was telling her it had been the one she told him she used to go on as well when she was sick.. basically I just want to know though how likely it is that my boyfriend would bring up something that was inappropriate since I was in the room and before the call he knew I wasn't fond of this friend?
