I have been in a relationship for 4 years. I truly love my boyfriend. We have been together through difficult times. I was there when he was basically homeless/jobless and facing a massive decision to leave the city. We long distanced for one year before I moved to his city. I was recently hospitalised and diagnosed with an a chronic illness. He’s supported me through this always.

The problem is we seem to be facing one issue after another. We argue a lot over communication. It’s not all misery - when it’s good it’s good & we spend amazing times together such as travelling it’s just that when it’s bad it’s bad.
About a month back I posted about a difficult situation where I became pregnant and we ended up choosing abortion & he hardly said or did anything to support me claiming he was confused. He walked out slammed the door in my face when I tried to ask him to talk to me about what he was feeling and didn’t come with me to the appointment for the abortion but following advice & some thinking I decided to work through it with him.

However, yet again there’s another issue that I’m having to face with him. His reckless past has come forward and is now affecting me. We need to move apartments but can’t because he has court judgements against his name. I appreciate he was young when this happened and he can’t turn back time but what has irritated me is he has the money but hasn’t paid the debt. I confronted him & he said he can’t pay it because we need the money to move (but we can’t move as hardly anywhere will accept us easily because of his credit issue). To top it off 3 weeks ago he bought a motorbike which is money that could have been used to resolve his issue and save us a lot of hassle.
It has put such a strain on me. I have already been dealing with a lot and suffer with stress and this is only causing more problems as he always depends on me to sort and resolve things.

Are continuous issues a sign it’s time to leave?

QUESTION IS can I trust him and should I give him a second chance? I love him but I feel betrayed.

July
1. He broke up with me.
2. I asked him if he liked someone else and he said NO. Turns out all that time he was dating and having sex with another woman.
3. He was still texting me every day. I miss you 😘🤗😔 but also that it's better not to be together, we are far away, he wants to see me every day, I'm moody and he doesn't know how to make me happy.

August
4. I decided to be strong. I started ignoring him. He was still texting me "😔 ok I'll delete your number" "if you found someone there, just say it!!!" then sending me photos of us.
5. After having sex with one man, I was feeling so bad, I got drunk, cryed and called him. I told him I love you, I miss you and he said "I love you too kitten"
6. I told him I had sex with someone else and
I asked him if he was seeing someone and he said YES. He was seeing one girl for a month and he had sex with her but "I didn't tell you because it didn't mean anything, I want only you, I love you but I don't want a relationship where we are together so rarely".

7. He visited me. We clicked immediately like we've never been apart. But the next day I was thinking about what he did. I said maybe you didn't cheat on me but you lied to me, for one month you were keeping me around with cheesy messages while fucking someone else. "I wasn't keeping you around. I only wanted you, I was all the time thinking about you. I'm a bit closed. I am telling you now after you opened up to me. Do you think I'd travel 20 hours to see you if I didn't care?"
8. He sent our selfie to his mom and she said "You made me cry. Your eyes are shining. I knew something good is going on"

He wanted to hold my hand in public, meet my friends and family, but I didn't let him do any of that. He says why are you hiding me. He gave me his credit card and is planning a trip for my birthday.

So for the past few months, my dad has been really hard on my mom and I. He ignores us, only talks to me if I've done something wrong and is yelling at me, and only ever has a good relationship with my older sister. He hasn't had an actual conversation with me in over a month and also completely ignored me on my birthday, along with cancelling my credit card on the same day. I've talked to my mom about this and she also feels ignored by my dad in a similar way. Since my sister won't talk to him about this, would it be a bad idea to consult my grandpa, his father, how bad he's been to us lately? My grandpa absolutely loves his grandchildren, and I don't know how he'd react to hearing someone treating them poorly. Or would that cause too much drama between families?
