Is it ethical to defend your right to life at the expense of other people's right to life?

I strongly agree, as I witness many times that the police officers was a fucking idiot (even though I'm a scientist I still think some police officers are too oxymoronic to be one in the first place.) And people with college or university qualifications are tend to be less emotional driven and be more calm unlike some police officers that just instantly grab a gun and shoot without reasons and cause unnecessary deaths and people with qualifications tend to be less prejudice and logical and don't react violently or have fear take over them. There are many upsides of why it is better for being a police officer, you should need a qualifications.
