Or if he just likes me? Hey! I'm Violet, a sophomore in high school. There's this guy I've known for about 2 months. We're both new to the school and North Carolina. Everyone seems to think he's a player and I don't blame them, he's had sex twice and he's EXTREMELY laid back.

I'm the only girl he's hung out with alone. He is always texting me and he ALWAYS wants to be with me. He touches me and only me a lot (arm around the shoulder, hand on my shoulder, hugging innocently from behind) The way he looks at me when we're alone makes me think he may like me. One time he even called me hot lol.

He always faces towards me when sitting, even in a desk. When sitting next to him during a movie marathon, he was basically pressed up against me. He went bowling with me and his friends told me he hates bowling! And (I know this is so bad, I promise I'm a good girl!) I snuck out with him. He ended up putting his arm around me then he started to hold me and we fell asleep.

I think he likes me but I'm nervous about the whole sex thing. I'm a virgin and I'm not ready for that stuff! He tells me dirty jokes a lot.. I crack up at them but do you think they're harmless?

Please help! Sorry for the mouthful but do you think he likes me or wants something else from me? I forgot to mention that I like him.

I need a guys point if view on this.

So I work at a bar and I have a thing for the bouncer I work with. A few weeks ago my drunk friend let it slip that I have feeling for him, and ever since then he's been more bold with his flirting.
He is constantly touching me now, and putting cold mugs against my arm when he walks by. And when we were watching movies at his house he put his head in my lap and told me not to be nervous. He also said that he thinks it's hot when I get scared because I hold my breath and breathe heavy when I feel relieved"
He always teases me when we bicker about something by saying "this is what a relationship involves, you can just walk away."
I've also heard him tell mutual friends of ours that he thinks I'm hot. And he is constantly coming up with excuses why we shouldn't date, but I feel like he's trying to convince himself rather than me. For example a crazy girl threw a beer mug at me and it hit me in the chest. After he threw her out he said " this is why we shouldn't date. If she would've hit my girlfriend I would have had to kicked her ass"

My question is, in your opinion does he actually like me or does he just want me to want him?

Okay. I'm not trying to ask him out. All I want to know is if you think he might like me. :)

We're 18 and in high school. We had classes together for the past two years.

He's shy and has no experience and is kinda awkward. But..
-he was the one who initiated conversations
-sat by me in every class just about, even if we had assigned seats, he'd find an excuse to move
-I caught him looking at me many times
-he holds eye contact for a really long time, ie 4-5 seconds randomly
-he asked my friend about my guy friend
-if I mention a guy he will ask about him
-a few times, he has been touchy, such as poking me, putting his hand on my back when I said it hurt, he's played footsie
-he used to ask me to come over a lot.

Coming from him, a lot of that is really bold.

good signs right? However, he's also been like this

-didn't give me a shred of attention at some times
-didn't want to hang out on the two occasions I asked
-told his friend he didn't like me when he asked if he did
-acted kinda aloof when if I flirted too much? Like if I was a bit more forward than usual he didn't react the way I'd expect :/

He isn't the type of guy to play games. He doesn't talk to other girls much. He has zero experience- no kissing, anything sexual, no dating, nothing. He's kind of nerdy honestly. I've never seen him flirt with anyone else. So I'm so confused. All I want to know is if he liked me.

I know for a fact he liked a girl a few years ago and never did anything about it. He even admitted it. He also said he didn't like her anymore so I don't think that's the problem.

Just confused. What do you think?
