I guess it depends on what your degree is. Like, I think STEM subjects like chemistry, maths, physics etc are less likely to be brainwashing degrees as they are scientifically based.

But I feel upon having attended university, it's a case of being fed certain political views, as if to try and alter your existing viewpoint. A few lecturers have even said 'you come here to learn how to think, and to have your perceptions changed/shaped etc/to learn about the world'. When in actuality, some lecturers take this as an opportunity to thrust their own beliefs onto the students. And because lecturers are viewed as being intelligent academics, more students are likely to accept the lecturer's viewpoints. Because really, what do a lot of 18/19/20 year olds even know about the world really? Not a lot.

I dunno, maybe I'm just ranting but I feel there's a big political agenda with the whole higher education setup.
