I started dieting about 2 years ago when i was obese, and since then lost about 80lbs & am at a healthy weight now

But the thing i'm not done with weightloss at all (still want to lose 25-30lbs) and the problem is my family is starting to be a little concerned about my weightloss. not to the point where they'd stop me or harass me over it yet

It's just little remarks here and there like "you don't need to lose more weight you're getting too skinny" (i'm not skinny at all by the way, am skinny fat with a bmi of 20.8-21.0), "you need to stop soon, just lose a few more pounds and that's it".

My mom kinda also thinks i might have an ed too, like she asks me if i purge and stuff at times or questions the foods i want her to buy

So anyways, the question is what's the most weight i can lose and still be open with my diet before they start harassing me to stop or start seriously considering i have an ed?

by the way by open i mean me being openly on a diet, not them knowing how much i actually weight or anything
