For the past month I have had a casual relationship with a very pretty girl. After the first time we had sex she said the next morning that she only wants to have a "casual relationship" but be "exclusive" sexually. The first time we had sex was the second date and she said she wanted to "get to know me".

Well, about 5 weeks later we have been going on sex dates combined with hanging out socially without sex.

I feel that after a month of having sex and going to fun events together that she is gradually moving toward a relationship mindset. But she keeps dragging this along to only hang out once per week.
Please note.. When I asked her out I sent a text at work that said, "Hey, so I've got to run soon. But you are quite a fine Date. :) So naturally I'd really like to hang out again. When are you free?" Her reply was, "Aww shucks. Yeah, you too. :p I'll be back in town tomorrow and I'll have the weekend pretty open. There are a few events coming up this weekend that seemed interesting."..

There were two different options of events that we were going to choose to hang out together at. One was a Friday night and the other a Saturday. They were dating options that she had brought up. I offered to go to both but let her choose. She said, "Let's maybe do the fair thing, I think there may be a more social drawing event in a week or two." Then she text'd me later, "By the way, if you ever want to learn an easy way to do your own paintings from photos, I can teach you :p So then you can decorate with your own work."

She was making a reference to me telling her that I planned to decorate the walls of my apartment. She remembers the details of things that I say.

Is this a good or bad thing? Am I just her fuck buddy with benefits? And if I am just a sex buddy, why is she planning non sex events for us to go to together in the future?

Imagine first date was in a cafe, do you think it's a good idea to invite the other person to a physical activity like squash / tennis, assuming the other person never played? Assume also there might be other non-physical activities afterwards.

Background:
Been on a second date where we went to play squash but half way through leisure play it was noticeable the girl was getting tired, she also put on nice make and perfume knowing we'll play, so feeling kind of bad for her.
