I'm talking the girl or guy you've known for years maybe a decade, the one who you've experienced so much with, hell even lost you virginity to or even studied/worked alongside with: would you still dump even that person, for someone better or intense feeling inside you (of infatuation or lust or love) for this new soulmate who's just crossed your path, unexpectedly and has taken your breath away, reeling feeling giddy.

Even if you don't show them that you're, you know... feeling those things. Ha; what if they're weren't. Even more awkward. Oh well.

Would you rather meet the love of your life at 18 and be guaranteed a lifetime with them or at 28 and be guaranteed a lifetime with them from that point on?

So we know eachother for 2 years.

We were back in contact 2 months ago, we talked about a serious relationship.

Yesterday we set together, after I didn't see her for a month.

She told me she loves me as a friend, we really feel eachother, we're soulmates, very open with eachother, we even cry in eachother hands.

But the truth is, she doesn't want a relationship right now because she takes care about her grandmother, and she doesn't have time for a relationship, even time for herself.

She wants us to stay best friends... I told her that we didn't even tried a serious relationship,
we didn't even slept or kissed, only had hugs.
I really think, it was only one side love, from my side, she didn't told me once that she wants me, as an intimate partner unfortunately.

I feel very sad about that story with her, and I don't know what to do.
It's hard to find new love again...

I've come to realize with the person I'm dating we have two very opposing views on love;
Mine is the traditional soulmate kind of outlook.
Hers is more there's somewhere at a certain time offering what your looking for (that's what I got from it).
I've thought about it, and I'm sure in the future she's going to break my heart, I want to keep trying with her, and obviously have that hope her mind may change if she were with me, but I highly doubt it.

My question basically is, should I stop now , face the heartache, and continue the search for someone who may be closer to what I'm looking for... Or should I stay, continue, and enjoy it while it lasts, hope maybe things change and it will last;

She makes me happy, and I love being around her... she's the best part of my life right now, its just, I believe she's going to want to move on.
