I know that's practically every single parent's worse nightmare but when do you it's more traumatizing? A friend of mine told me it's worse when your is already older since you can't have another child later on.

- Pregnant woman and her bf/husband finds out their child died after childbirth
- The parents losses their child when he/she is a baby or toddler (ex: an accident)
- The child dies during his/her childhood years (ages 6-12 years old)
- The child dies during his teen years (ages 13-19 years old)
- The parents lose their child when he/she is already an adult or much older (ages 20 and older)

Here is another one:
My great-grandmother is in her late 90's and we tried not to tell her about my grandfather's passing (her only child) but somehow she found out; dunno how. She has very good memory for her age and is devastated, keeps on saying how she doesn't want to live anymore. My grandfather was in his 70's.
