I'm asking both men and women, not applying "gender roles"

If your partner had a specific diet and you did the cooking in the relationship, would you support your partner's diet? Would you be willing to learn how to use a food scale, what macros are and what foods your partner can't have.

My diet isn't crazy specific, I follow a carb cycling diet which for 2 days I will eat under 100 grams of carbs and for the third day I will eat 300+ grams of carbs, and I also eat at least 250 grams of protein every day. So on my low carb days I can't have much breads, starches, grain, pasta or any of that, and on my high carb days I basically add cheat meals to my low carb diet like Chinese food, pizza, burgers and fries and all that fun stuff. I eat 3 meals a day and have a large breakfast and a small dinner. Also the stuff I'm eating taste really good and I don't feel deprived at all.

Gender roles are those expectations held by members of a given regarding how their genders should act, speak, dress, and so on. Examples include:

1. Men are expected to ask a woman out while women are expected to wait to be asked out.

2. Men are expected to plan the date, including the venue and time while women are not expected to. Women’s input to date planning is reduced to accepting and advising on the date plan.

3. Men are expected to take control during sex while women are expected to lose control to the man.

4. If you’re short or skinny and happen to be a man, your male appeal to a woman reduces.

5. If you’re flat-chested or have a flat bum and happen to be a woman, your female appeal to a man reduces.

6. The man is expected to keep the relationship exciting by taking her out while the woman is not expected to take a man out.

7. If you are a straight guy and groom yourself to near polished perfection, which may include wearing female cologne or deodorant, and/or makeup, you are a lesser man, or even mistaken for a gay man.

8. If you’re a straight girl and hardly shave your legs, do manicure, pedicure, and nails polishing, you’re a lesser woman.

10. If a woman has slept with more than 20 guys she is less than a girlfriend or marriage material, but if a man did it he is not looked down as much as the woman.

11. If you’re broke and happen to be a man, your social standing and appeal to the woman is reduced while if you’re a woman and broke, the effect on your social standing and appeal to the man is not reduced by the same measure.

12. Women are not expected to be sexually forthcoming while men are expected to be.

13. Women are not expected to foot the bill on a date while men are expected to foot the bill.

It seems to me that there's a lot more women in the dating pool with an ugly sense of entitlement, where they want men to accept;
-their 2 kids they've already had with two dads,
-themselves being overweight,
-and they don't cook, clean or basically do anything productive that men give a shit about.

Meanwhile they still expect men to fullfill their roles.
It's almost like we've got an entire generation of girls raised as what i'd like to call "princess warriors", told how they can do anything as good as a man if not better, and any gender roles that include you submitting and serving your man is actually a form of oppression against you.

Meanwhile we didn't have that same talk with boys, that your safety and wellbeing matters just as much as a womans if not more, and any gender roles that include you killing yourself in a job to make a good income to provide to your woman and children is actually a form of oppression against you.

What's your opinion, have women always been this way, or has it just worse over the last few decades?
