My name is Elise and I had a falling out with my ex-best-friend Mo about 3-4 years ago over small reasons. I did hurt her, but I never intended to cause her as much pain as I did. We were friends our freshman year of college and I ended up breaking her trust by going for two guys we both liked. Anyways, we had an amazing connection and I feel like I haven't been able to find anyone else like her since we were friends. She was truly my better half, she genuinely accepted me for who I was, and I never felt judged by her. I could be my authentic self around her and I truly just miss having her in my life. When our friendship first ended, we couldn't even talk to one another and she would be pretty passive aggressive when she saw me. She would stare at me, try to be loud to get my attention, or do things to get me to look at her. However, in the past 2 years we've gotten to the point where we can be cordial and act friendly with each-other in person. Although, I haven't seen her in over 6 months because we graduated college and are working at different places. When I was able to see her in person last year, I could tell we still cared about one another and each-other's well being. In the past 6 months, I have texted her a few times to get help with work stuff and she responded, but the last time I texted her in November, she never replied so I was just confused. I am now at the point where I want to text her and tell her I have something important I want to talk to her about and just tell her how I feel about everything and explain how much I miss her/want to earn her trust back. I can't get her/our friendship off my mind and it's been taking a toll on me emotionally. I just want to know what's the best next step to take. Any advice? 1. He told me to run 10 laps and I weigh 145 pounds his ex weighs 250 pounds.

2. He begged me for a relationship but still had pictures and videos of his ex in his phone and her clothes in his dresser draws.

3. He was on dating sites flirting with other women. I made him delete them.

4. He used to stare at other women in front of me in public until I kept complaining about it.

5. I'm pregnant and he doesn't make efforts to check on me when I'm at home, I live two hours away. He doesn't check on me when he's working 40 hours at work.

6. He verbally abuses me and nitpick at everything I do and don't do.

7. He's been physically abusive to me.

8. I have a strong intituon he's never treated his ex this way and that he still wants her and loves her because he always defends her and speaks highly of her.

It's a lot of other stuff I'm leaving out but these are just some things. Yet he says he wants to be a family and have another child together and that he loves me, supposedly.
